Frequently Asked Questions for sending parcels

 You will need to contact your local depot here. 


APC Overnight operates a network of independently owned depots which have exclusivity within their area. You cannot use a depot from a different area except by special arrangement with the local depot, although this can sometimes be arranged if you are an existing customer that has moved. 


To find the details of the depot which covers your area, you can use the depot finder. Enter your postcode and we will direct you to your depot's contact page. 


Once you have opened an account with your local depot they will be able to advise you on how to use our online service. Try our tutorial video here.

There are two ways of getting a POD. Firstly you can log into the customer area of your booking portal to see all of your PODs. Alternatively for single consignments you can use the ‘Track Your Parcel’ form. If you are having difficulties obtaining your POD using either of the above methods please contact your local depot.

You have control over your delivery by choosing how you’d like to receive it until the delivery is complete (this includes if we miss you and leave you a card).

Simply choose to either:

  • Reschedule your delivery for a date that suits you.
  • Request to collect from your local APC Overnight depot.
  • Have your parcel left safe in a location of your choosing (once you've rescheduled your delivery).
  • Collect from your local Parcelly store.
